I am very excited to invite you to 4 Storeys, a four person show at Giacobetti Paul Gallery opening during Dumbo Arts Festival.

Crystal Gregory, Daniel Clapp, JiYe Kim, and Thierry Rouyer. Crystal explores boundaries of architecture & motif. Daniel, Thierry, and JiYe present new video on the experience of observation & our relationship with the screen itself.

Heirloom

Antique lace and vintage damask patterns penetrate building material to create a domestic sculpture. Meticulously carved, intricate pattern compromise the integrity of the structure; deterioration and organically growing highlighted fractures. Abstract familiarity create an unfolding story with reminents of a nostalgic past.

This piece would not have been possible without the help of so many. Special thank you to Jonathan Checler and Simon Kahn, I so appreciate your wisdom, support, and help throughout this project.

The International Women Artists' Salon is a cross-disciplinary, cross-cultural organization of women making art in the world today. Our aim is to bring art by women to the fore of the art world and local communities through exhibitions and events, exchanges, regular salon style gatherings, and an online forum for members and interested parties.

From May 1-15, 2017, Kairos Italy Theater (KIT), the preeminent Italian theater company in New York, brings back to NY for 5th edition IN SCENA!, the first Italian theater festival to take place in all 5 NYC boroughs. This 15-day festival will offer 7 fully-staged productions from Italy, special events, readings, among other events and activities.
